Disclaimers:
1. Wine may only be sold to persons 21 years of age and older. By
placing an order you affirm you are 21 years or older and you
authorize Cape of Good Hope Wine Co.to process your order and ship
the wine on your behalf. Note: When your order is delivered you
may be required to show identification to the shipping company
proving that you are at least 21 years or older.
2. Sunny Bella Ltd. (www.Piaseuropean.com) are only providing an
on-line ordering service on behalf of Cape of Good Hope Wine Co.
3. All wines are sold and shipped by Cape of Good Wine Co. Title
passes to the buyers in California. Cape of Good Hope Wine Co.
makes no representation to legal rights to ship or import wines
into any State outside of California. The buyer is solely
responsible for the shipment of wine. By placing an order you
authorize Cape of Good Hope Wine Co. to act on your behalf to
engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
4. All orders are processed and fulfilled by Cape of Good Hope
Wine Co. Any credits or replacement for breakage is the
responsibility of Cape of Good Hope Wine Co. Shipments originate
from Cape of Good Hope Wine Co’s warehouse in Sonoma, California.
5. Cape of Good Hope Wine Co. offers shipping services via FedEx
or DHL to every state where legal. Please note there are some
states that we cannot ship to. Hopefully over time these states
will adjust their policies. The states that are difficult to ship
to that we are aware of are - AL, AR , DE, IN, KY, MA, ME, MT, NJ,
OK, PA, SD, TN, UT, Washington DC. For these states, or any other
state we are not aware of, we cannot guarantee or assume the
responsibility that the shipper will deliver an order.
5. Breakage/Tainted wine - Any broken bottles, corked or oxidized
wines will be refunded. Generally if there is only 1 bottle
damaged this will be refunded, 2 or more bottles we will replace
if requested. Please report any damage – I.e. broken bottles to
the carrier who delivered the wines – DHL or FedEx as well as the
Cape of Good Hope Wine Co. so we may claim for the damage.
6. Return/Exchange policy – No returns/exchanges will be accepted
as we do not what condition the wines were subject to in transit
7. Cape of Good Hope Wine Co. reserves the to correct pricing
errors.
